Dr. Bobby Bakhshoudeh is a true New York native, being born and raised on Long Island. He attended SUNY Stony Brook University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at NYU College of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top 20% of his class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society.
He was also the sole recipient of the Samuel Charles Miller Award.
His exceptionalism didn't stop with school. Dr. Bakhshoudeh completed a one-year general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Center where he received advanced training in all facets of dentistry, including implant placement and complex surgeries. Dr. Bakhshoudeh was accepted into NYU’s prestigious two-year advanced education specialty program in endodontics.
Besides being an amazing endodontist, Dr. Bakhshoudeh is also an amazing human. He has participated in numerous international outreach missions, to provide dental care to underserved communities in Ecuador, Mexico, and Nepal. Dr. Bakhshoudeh is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and a board-eligible endodontist.
He was awarded the DENTSPLY Resident Award for a presentation of his research at the annual session by the American Association of Endodontists.
In his free time, Dr. Bakhshoudeh enjoys reading, traveling, and being outdoors. His passion for fitness drove him to complete an ironman triathlon. He also recently got engaged and is planning his upcoming wedding!
